Doclane provides an AI-driven platform that reads documents (orders, invoices, claims, product data and customer information) from email, form or upload, and creates the corresponding records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The features of the service are as described on our website and may be developed further over time.
As a user of Doclane you agree to:
The subscription is invoiced according to the price plan in force at any given time, see the pricing page. Prices are exclusive of VAT. Invoicing takes place in advance (monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen). In the event of non-payment, access to the service may be suspended. We may change prices with reasonable notice.
All content, functionality and software in Doclane's service, including text, graphics, logos and source code, belongs to Doclane and is protected by copyright, trademark law and other intellectual property rights. The customer's own data and documents remain the property of the customer.
To the extent permitted by law, Doclane is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages or operating losses, including lost profits or data, that may arise in connection with the use of, or lack of access to, the service.
The agreement runs until terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms or conduct that is harmful to other users, to us or to third parties. The terms for the customer's termination follow from the plan chosen.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts, with the District Court of Aarhus as the venue.
